Nelson, Sonya and I had attended the Gourmet Wine & Food show in Toronto back in November 2009. This is when I discovered Tete de Moine (cheese). It’s a Swiss-made, raw-milk cheese and for me, it’s the most delicious cheese I’ve ever had. The proper way to eat this cheese is unusual: it must be carefully scraped with a knife in order to develop its scented flavours.
So as you can guess, I am on the hunt for a girolle, retailed in Toronto. Anyone know where I might find one?
