Divvying up a side of beef

Kurt has now added Beef Distributor to his list of titles. Nelson and I did not place an order because we misunderstood what that involved. We thought that we had to butcher our own side of beef – not the case. We may just put in an order next time because Kurt gave us a little teaser – a package of the most delicious beef sausages we have ever tasted.

The image above took place at his place. Two people went in on one side (30lbs) of beef and they were in the process of dividing up the side. That’s what ‘divide’ means, not butcher.
